The Invitation

Welcome. If you have found your way here, it is likely because you have felt that there is an invisible script guiding your decisions and emotions. This blog was not born out of a desire to dictate truths, but from a need to share what I have discovered while investigating my own story. Here, psychoanalytic theory serves only as a lantern to illuminate what we have already lived.

The Purpose

Do not expect cold analyses or distant diagnoses here. Our investigation is about recognition. It is about looking at what we feel—whether in childhood, in our dreams, in adulthood, or in the twilight of our later years—and realizing that we are not alone in our struggles and our search. Hidden Patterns is our space for presence and understanding.

The Journey

I am a student of psychoanalysis, but above all, an investigator like you. I invite you to walk this path with us. You can begin to explore what drives your life here, or you can follow our weekly reflections on YouTube.

A close-up view of a bookshelf showing a psychology section label with books stored horizontally. One prominent book with a colorful spine that transitions from blue to red is partially visible.
A close-up view of reflective surfaces displaying blurred text with words related to cognitive processes such as create, integrate, and discern. The text is predominantly white and appears on a dark background, creating a high contrast. The reflective surfaces create a distorted and layered effect, adding depth to the image.
A workspace featuring multiple computer screens is set up on a dark desk. The main central monitor displays a webpage about blogging myths. To the left, a laptop shows a scenic desktop background, and another monitor on the right displays a webpage. A keyboard, headphones, a coffee mug, and a smartphone are placed on the desk. Books, including titles on Provence and psychology, are stacked next to a microphone setup.
